Registration

Prior to registration, please review General Permission and Consent.

By registering your camper, you also agree to abide by the EYES three strike policy. EYES works to ensure the safety and well being of the children and staff involved in the EYES program. Please review this policy with your camper prior to attending the EYES program.

Fast Facts:

  Programming – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday 
  Supervision provided from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm 
  One week = $235*; Hot lunch option available for $60. 
  Please bring a nut and fish free lunch Monday-Thursday 
  Unfortunately, no microwaves or fridges are available. 
  Campers are not permitted to use vending machines (they steal change!) 
  Water fight (weather dependent) & Pizza Party on Friday
  We have new curriculum developed each year
  Campers are not permitted to bring personal electronics, including: cellphone, personal gaming systems, iPads/tablets

Financial Assistance

We work hard to ensure that every child has an opportunity to take part in EYES programming. If you would love to enroll your camper in our summer camp program, but fin the cost of registration is an obstacle, please consider applying for financial assistance.

Please note that the deadline to apply for financial assistance was 5pm June 7th. You are still encouraged to apply, though please be aware that there may a delay in hearing from the EYES office. We will process these applications as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee you will hear back before camp starts.

Enrollment Confirmation

Children who are enrolled in their week of choice will receive a confirmation of enrolment by email. Applications for children who are requesting financial assistance will require a longer processing period. If the week you request is full, we will contact you regarding alternate dates. A waiting list will also be prepared and administered on a first-come, first served basis.

Return Policy

REFUND POLICY: There will be a 10% administration fee assessed for all refunds requested with at least 8 working days notice. A 50% administration fee will be assessed for refunds requested within 7 working days of the camp start date. No refunds will be issued after the start of any session except for medical reasons. (A doctor’s note is required.) If the withdrawal is for medical reasons, a prorated refund minus the $10.00 administration fee will be assessed. A supporting doctor’s note must be received by the Recreation & Athletic Services Office within 10 days of notification of the medical withdrawal. The University of Regina reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen events. If this occurs, participants will be given every opportunity to transfer into another class or full refunds will be issued. The University of Regina reserves the right to refuse enrollment and/or dismiss a participant if it is in the best interest of the individual and/or program. In the event of a dismissal, a prorated refund will be issued. The University of Regina will not be responsible for any misplaced, damaged and/or stolen personal belongings.
