Refund Policy

Full refund is offered for cancellations with two weeks notice. Within two weeks of the start of camp, a refund is offered less a $50 service change per camper per camp. No refunds will be offered once the camp has begun.

Financial Assistance

We work hard to ensure that every child has an opportunity to attend EYES summer camps. If you would love to enroll your son or daughter in any of our camps, but find the cost of registration an obstacle, please consider applying for financial assistance.  The application form is below. Deadline for financial assistance applications is Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Applications received after this date will be reviewed as funding becomes available.

Enrollment Confirmation

Children who are enrolled in their week of choice will receive a confirmation of enrollment. Applications for children who are requesting financial assistance will require a longer processing period. If the week you request is full, we will contact you regarding alternate dates. A waiting list will also be prepared and administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
