What did you eat today? Have you stopped to think about where that food came from? Farmers execute a branch of science called agriculture, which involves the science or practice of farming. Studies in agriculture extend far beyond simply growing food, however, as they deal with the equipment, materials, and conditions required to maximize food production for people all over the world.

This activity will explore the commonly used machinery and equipment required to grow food in a grand scale!
